A Day in the Life of One Girl Jessica is sweet, funny, and adventurous with a whimsical, fun, crafty sense of style, and a love of the vintage. She picked out this Dreamsicle 80's sweater with 3-D applique flowers and really made it shine! Super cute shoes, hair bow, and flower pin tie it all together. My Old Clothes

My love affair with vintage t-shirts started young.

I was born in 1976 and consider the heyday of vintage t-shirts to have been 1976-1984, some of my most formative years.

My grandfather was a liquor distributor and my first night shirts were freebie schnapps t-shirts he gave to us. Must have been very funny to see a 6 year old girl in a "Pott and Coke" rum shirt.

Luckily my mother saved many of my old clothes in a cedar chest since the 80's.

I am starting to sell them on etsy. they are not really priced to move, and a lot of their value is sentimental, but I think they are amazingly sweet and can share them with the world.

YAG is a synthetic gemstone, and an acronym for yttrium-aluminum-garnet.

YAG laser surgery: The use of a YAG (yttrium-aluminum-garnet) laser to do surgery.

One use for a YAG laser in surgery is to punch a hole in the iris to relieve increased pressure within the eye from acute angle-closure glaucoma. In this type of glaucoma, there is a sudden (acute) increase in pressure in the anterior (front) chamber of the eye due to abrupt blockage of the normal circulation of fluid within the eye.

There are other kinds of YAG laser surgery for the eye (e.g., for cataracts) and other areas of the body including the skin (e.g., to remove birth marks).

YAG laser surgery is an office procedure. It is also used in some hospital procedures including laparoscopy for endometriosis.
